Zee Bazaar Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy at Zee Bazaar, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase from Zee Bazaar.

How to Start a Return

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, Zee Bazaar will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to Zee Bazaar without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact Zee Bazaar immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned at Zee Bazaar, such as:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care or beauty products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Please get in touch with Zee Bazaar if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, Zee Bazaar cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want from Zee Bazaar is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order separately for the desired item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order from Zee Bazaar is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Items must be returned in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with tags, in original packaging—and must include proof of purchase.


Refunds

Zee Bazaar will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund is approved or not.

If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
